1
Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation
The Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation is a one-day assessment that combines clinical interviews with a variety of tests to evaluate an individual's aptitude, achievement, intelligence, and interests. This process aims to help the evaluatee identify meaningful vocational goals. Key tools utilized in this evaluation include the KBIT-2, SIT-4, Beta-IV, PICS, WRAT-5, SDS, and the Career Decision Making System-Revised. By leveraging these assessments, individuals can gain valuable insights to guide their career paths.
2
Community Based Evaluation
Community Based Evaluation are comprehensive two day evaluations designed to assess your skills and interests. You'll embark on a journey into the community with a NAYWY Vocational Evaluator, who will guide you in visiting businesses that align with your career aspirations. You'll have the opportunity to observe and engage with employees, gaining valuable insights about their roles, work schedules, and the advantages and challenges of their careers.
3
Worksite Assessment
Worksite Assessments are comprehensive two-day evaluations designed to assess an individual's capabilities in a real employment setting. Over the course of the assessment, evaluatees are observed as they engage in actual work tasks, allowing for a clear understanding of their work behaviors, physical endurance, and ability to follow directions. This evaluation also highlights their social skills and capacity to remain focused on tasks. By combining practical work experience with thorough analysis, the assessment aims to provide valuable insights into each evaluatee's strengths and areas for development.
